Lakeview Cottage #4 is located just a few steps away from the bait shop, gas dock and boat rentals, Rene's Restaurant, and the boat launch and docking facilities.
The large screened in porch offers a nice view of Popp's Bay making this unit a summer favorite!
The kitchen in this unit offers the standard toaster, microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, sink and under counter refrigerator.
The adjoining living room offers a color TV, comfortable furniture and nice decor. The bath offers standard facilities and a shower right off of the kitchen.
Cottage #4 is a one bedroom with a double bed. It also has a futon in the living room to accommodate up to 4 people, all set in a knotty pine rustic decor.

Housekeeping plan
All of our houskeeping cottages are furnished with fully equipped kitchenettes, microwaves, toasters, electric coffee makers, TV, automatic gas heat, showers, bed linens, grills and fire pits, with docking facilities at walking distance
You must bring your own towels.

When reserving a cottage please ask for the unit of your choice. Remember the cottages differ considerably as do the rates. We will make every effort to give everyone the cottage or motel unit of their choice. However we reserve the right to make changes where necessary in order to accommodate everyone.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Tentative reservations may be made by phone. We DO NOT take reservations or cancellation through email. Reservations are secured by mailing a check or money order deposit (50% of total rental fee) with in 10 days of the date you make your reservation. We require a two night minimum for weekends and a three night minimum for holiday weekends. Should you need to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit less $15.00 handling fee will be refunded. After 30 days, your deposit, less $15.00, will be refunded ONLY if we re-rent the unit. We will make every effort to provide everyone the cottage or motel suite of their choice, while reserving the right to make changes where necessary to accommodate everyone. No refunds for early departure.
