The tan cottage is set away from the other cottages offering a larger yard and more privacy. It has a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a dining area.
The kitchen area is equipped with toaster, microwave, coffee pot, stove and refrigerator, with a large table for meals and gathering.
The living room area adjoins the kitchen and includes a color TV and VCR. The bathroom includes standard facilities and a shower. There are two bedrooms, each providing a double bed and dresser along with side chair.
