This deluxe three bedroom 1,500 square foot home overlooks High Falls Flowage near Popp’s Marina on the main body of water one mile from the office/bait shop and supper club. It is conveniently located behind the grassy beach and our docking facility. The home has large windows offering a great view of the Flowage.
The kitchen area is roomy with all the modern conveniences including: microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, coffee filters, electric stove, full size oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and dishwasher soap.
The living room/dining room area has three couches (one is a futon for an extra bed), a flat screen TV, DirecTV, DVD player, gas fireplace and dining room table. There is central air in this house. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience in the entry way.
There are three separate bedrooms with one queen size bed in each bedroom, bed lines are supplied.
There are two separate bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bathtub along with a shower and the other bathroom has a shower. This home is air conditioned and you can relax and enjoy a meal out on the deck with a great view of High Falls Flowage. Outside there is a campfire pit with plastic chairs for around the campfire pit and a picnic table.
This house is located one mile from the office/bait shop, bar/restaurant, motel, lakeview cottages and boat rentals. Please look on the resort layout page for the location of the house.

If it is not rented for the week last minute or off season we will rent it for a short stay.

The Deluxe Lakeshore Homes are fully equipped kitchenettes: dish soap, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, coffee filters, salt, pepper, stove, oven and refrigerator. Each house has flat screen TVs, DirecTV, DVD player, automatic gas heat, showers, bed linens, charcoal grills, campfire pits, plastic chairs for around the campfire and picnic table. There is central air in this house.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS IN THE THIS HOME
NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE DELUXE LAKESHORE HOMES. PETS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE TAN & BROWN LAKESHORE COTTAGES
When reserving lodging please ask for the unit of your choice. Remember the units differ considerably as do the rates.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Reservations may be made by phone or online. All reservations for rentals require 50% down in advance. We DO NOT take reservations or cancellation through email. Most Summer weekends require a two night minimum stay and a three night minimum for holiday weekends. Should you need to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit less $25.00 handling fee will be refunded. After 30 days, your deposit, less $25.00, will be refunded ONLY if we re-rent the unit. We will make every effort to provide everyone the cottage or motel suite of their choice, while reserving the right to make changes where necessary to accommodate everyone. No refunds for early departure or weather.
