Lakeview Cottage seven is located on the hill across the road from the office/bait shop, gas dock and boat rentals. You have to cross the road to get down to the water. It is located on the same side of the road as Rene’s Dining Room, motel suites, basketball/tennis court and fishing cleaning shanty. It is walking distance to the boat launch and docking. There is a four season porch with a table and chairs.
The kitchen has a bar with stools, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee makers, coffee filters, under the counter refrigerator, pots, pans and all the utensils are supplied.
The living room has a flat screen TV, dircTV, DVD player and futon couch (for an extra bed).
Lakeview Cottage seven has two separate bedrooms with one full size beds in each bedroom. Bed linens are provided.
The bathroom has a shower. There is air conditioning in this cottage. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS
Cottage Rental Policies
Housekeeping plan
All of our housekeeping Cottages, Homes and Motel Suites are fully equipped kitchenettes: dish soap, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, coffee filters, stove, oven and refrigerator. Motel Suites do not have ovens. Each unit has flat screen TVs, DirecTV, DVD player, automatic gas heat, showers, bed linens, charcoal grills, campfire pits, plastic chairs for around the campfire and picnic table. There is air conditioning in all of our units.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS IN THE THE COTTAGES AND HOMES
PETS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE TAN & BROWN LAKESHORE COTTAGES
When reserving lodging please ask for the unit of your choice. Remember the units differ considerably as do the rates.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Reservations may be made by phone or online. All reservations for rentals require 50% down in advance. We DO NOT take reservations or cancellation through email. Most Summer weekends require a two night minimum stay and a three night minimum for holiday weekends. Should you need to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit less $25.00 handling fee will be refunded. After 30 days, your deposit, less $25.00, will be refunded ONLY if we re-rent the unit. We will make every effort to provide everyone the cottage or motel suite of their choice, while reserving the right to make changes where necessary to accommodate everyone. No refunds for early departure or weather.
